– Ideal for welding thin plates (<0.2mm), reflective metals(copper alloy, aluminum alloy, gold), and dissimilar materials.

– The solder joints of the products are well formed, uniform in size, and the tensile shear strength are significantly improved compared with YAG and millisecond fiber lasers.

  • The pulse width reaches nanoseconds level, the repetition frequency is up to 1000kHz.
  • Precisely controlled, small laser spot, assisted by CCD camera vision capture system for high-precision positioning, easy to achieve automation.
  • High electro-optical conversion efficiency, can be as high as 25%, energy consumption is extremely low.
  • Optical device has a long service life and is maintenance-free.
  • Tiny laser spot can be precisely positioned and easily automated.

With pulse mode and continuous welding mode, it’s a mixed type welding (take advantages of both heat conduction welding and deep penetration welding) can generate a variety of waveforms and accurately control the heat input into the material.
