ALU Series Laser Cutting Automation Line 

Delivers a fully automated production flow—from scheduling, sheet storage, material retrieval, loading, cutting, unloading, to scrap transfer—achieving a continuous and highly flexible manufacturing cycle.
With its modular structure and intelligent coordination, the ALU system significantly shortens processing steps, reduces labor and time costs, and supports high-volume, uninterrupted production.

Each module can be freely configured to meet specific production needs, with reserved expansion and MES interfaces for future integration into a smart digital workshop.

  • Equipped with intelligent detection for automatic weight and height measurement upon storage, with over-limit alarms to prevent errors.

Automatic Loading Robot: Fast, Accurate, and Reliable

  • Servo-Controlled Motion: The robot is driven by servo motors for precise positioning and fast, agile movements.
  • Vacuum Suction Cups: Sheets are picked up using vacuum cups, each independently controlled for shorter response times and reliable operation.
  • Adjustable Suction Zones: Suction cup areas can be reconfigured to fit different sheet sizes as needed.
  • Sheet Separation Function: Equipped with a sheet separation mechanism to ensure single-sheet handling.
  • Thickness Detection: Automatically measures sheet thickness to guarantee consistent one-at-a-time loading.

  • Fork-Type Unloading: The embrace-style fork simplifies sheet removal and ensures smooth operation.

  • Anti-Jamming Design: The fork tips are angled to prevent material jams, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

  • High-Low Configuration: Two-level sorting table allows upper and lower layers to alternate when fully loaded.
  • High Load Capacity: Supports up to 3 tons, enabling centralized sorting without delays.
  • Optimized Workflow: Reduces waiting time and improves overall efficiency in material handling.

Smart Scheduling & Real-Time Control

1.Integrated FMS Scheduling System
An additional “brain” works alongside the cutting machine CNC and the loading/unloading PLC, enabling one-click task assignment. This eliminates the need to operate each device separately and makes overall operation more intelligent and streamlined.

2.Real-Time Monitoring of Equipment and Production
Users can view machine status, loading/unloading commands, job progress, operation logs, and historical records directly on the interface, providing clear visibility and easier production management.
