Recognizing Innovation in Laser Processing and Intelligent Manufacturing
Han’s Laser received multiple honors at the 2026 Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for the laser processing industry in Shanghai, China. The awards recognized innovations spanning automated laser processing systems, CNC control technology, and high-power intelligent laser sources.
Organized by Ringier Industrial Media, the awards have recognized technology innovation across industrial sectors since 2006. This year’s competition attracted 77 technology submissions from 70 companies, with 40 innovations selected through online voting and expert evaluation.
Han’s Laser earned recognition for three technologies: its Laser Marking and Inspection Automated Production Line, HAN’S 801-Tube Laser Cutting CNC System, and 30,000 W Ai-Cut Intelligent Laser. Together, these awards highlight the company’s approach to improving manufacturing performance through system integration, motion control, and intelligent laser processing.
1.Laser Marking and Inspection Automated Production Line
Developed for high-end consumer electronics manufacturing, the Laser Marking and Inspection Automated Production Line integrates laser processing, precision motion control, machine vision, and automated material handling into one production system.

The line combines a proprietary high-power, narrow-linewidth laser source, high-precision motion control modules, and a dual-brand vision positioning and inspection system. It supports a fully automated workflow covering:
- Automatic loading
- Barcode scanning
- Laser marking
- Vision-based inspection
- Part sorting
- Automatic unloading
By integrating these operations, the system reduces the need for manual transfers between individual processes and supports more consistent production and inspection.
Key reported performance indicators include marking and positioning errors at the micrometer level, an overall yield of at least 99.5%, and an unplanned downtime rate below 5%. Core non-consumable components are designed to support more than one million operating cycles without failure.
The system received the Ringier Technology Innovation Award in the laser processing systems category, recognizing its integrated approach to automated precision manufacturing.
2.HAN’S 801-Tube Laser Cutting CNC System
The HAN’S 801-Tube is a next-generation CNC system developed for laser tube cutting applications. Its PC-based architecture combines real-time motion control with flexible computing and expansion capabilities.
Key technical features include:
- Fast interpolation: An interpolation cycle as low as 0.5 ms supports responsive motion control.
- Multi-chuck compatibility: Supports single-, dual-, and triple-chuck machine configurations.
- EtherCAT communication: Provides a network-based architecture for coordinated motion control.
- Advanced motion algorithms: Integrates automatic centering, synchronized cutting and following functions, cross-plane rapid movement, and corner-process adjustments.
- Industrial-grade hardware: A high-performance enclosed industrial PC is designed to resist dust, vibration, and oil contamination.
The system host and all I/O modules have reportedly passed China’s national EMC testing requirements and CE certification, supporting stable operation in demanding industrial environments.

The HAN’S 801-Tube received recognition in the laser processing systems category, highlighting the importance of proprietary CNC technology in improving tube-cutting accuracy, speed, and process flexibility.
3.30,000 W Ai-Cut Intelligent Laser
The 30,000 W Ai-Cut Intelligent Laser combines high-power laser processing with a bus-based control architecture and integrated process-monitoring functions. Its intelligent features include piercing control, common-line cutting, and process monitoring.
One key capability is its “pierce-and-go” processing mode, which allows cutting to proceed as soon as the piercing process reaches the required condition. This reduces unnecessary waiting during production.

According to Han’s Laser, the system can improve overall piercing efficiency by more than 30%. By reducing processing time and unnecessary energy use, it can also help extend support-slat service life. Its design supports a broad range of materials and operating conditions.
The Ai-Cut Intelligent Laser received recognition in the laser equipment components category, demonstrating the role of intelligent control and process monitoring in high-power laser cutting.
Advancing Laser Manufacturing Through System-Level Innovation
These awards reflect three complementary areas of development at Han’s Laser.
The automated marking and inspection line demonstrates how laser sources, motion control, machine vision, and material handling can work together to support end-to-end production. The HAN’S 801-Tube CNC system strengthens the control foundation for precision tube cutting, while the 30,000 W Ai-Cut Intelligent Laser brings process intelligence to high-power cutting applications.

As manufacturing requirements become more demanding, equipment performance increasingly depends on the coordination of hardware, software, and process control—not just individual machine specifications.
Han’s Laser continues to invest in research and development across laser sources, control systems, and integrated manufacturing solutions. These innovations support the evolving needs of precision electronics, industrial fabrication, and other advanced manufacturing sectors.
