Multi-Tube Cutting with Dual-Chuck Stability System
Designed for stable high-speed cutting of various metal tubes, ensuring precise rotation and reliable clamping performance.

Integrated CNC-Machined Chuck
- Hardware: Master control card, handheld controller, and terminal board
- Software: TubePe and TubesTite software, with optional standard and professional nesting packages available
Face-Based Sorting
Reduces tube rotation during processing and improves cutting efficiency. Compared with conventional methods, face-based sorting effectively minimizes rotation cycles and shortens overall machining time.

Bevel Cutting (Optional)
Facilitates downstream welding processes by supporting multiple bevel types, including saddle cut, K-bevel, Y-bevel, V-bevel, and X-bevel.

Centering Support System
Ensures stable cutting performance. The roller centering device assists tube clamping to improve stability and cutting accuracy.

Anti-Empty Cutting
Monitors remaining tube length in real time to prevent empty cutting. Sensors detect whether the tail material meets the preset length, avoiding cutting head idle operation.

Single Chuck Adaptive Pulling
Enables flexible and efficient processing. The pulling chuck grips the tube for adaptive feeding, ensuring continuous material positioning throughout the cutting stroke.

Flying Cutting
One-click generation of fly-cut paths enables fast processing. Reduces frequent acceleration and deceleration, improving efficiency for dense cutting patterns.

High-Performance Control + Chuck System
The optimized control system and chuck integration deliver faster response, stable transmission, and precise full-stroke clamping for efficient high-speed tube processing. Designed for heavy-duty production, the system improves cutting stability, automation efficiency, and material utilization.
