The Han’s Laser “Cutting+” material cutting and shaping automation production line made its debut, attracting numerous customers for a closer look. The production line is a seamless combination of the G3015 laser cutting machine, HBD1131 dual-servo hydraulic-electric hybrid bending machine, and HBI multi-sided intelligent bending center. It automates the entire process from material loading, cutting, unloading, automatic feeding, bending, and final unloading. This streamlined workflow eliminates the need for intermediate processing of semi-finished products, reducing manual intervention and labor intensity. It allows for batch production and automated cutting and bending, effectively boosting production efficiency and reducing production costs.
2.Magnetic Suspension Ultra-High-Speed Laser Cutting Machine
The G4020HF 50 magnetic suspension ultra-high-speed laser cutting machine is a joint venture between Han’s Laser Intelligent Equipment Group and Germany’s Rexroth. It features Han’s Laser’s independently developed CNC system with short interpolation cycles, less than 0.25ms. Equipped with precision linear motor drive technology and a three-axis contactless full-magnetic suspension drive, it achieves direct power transmission without mechanical transmission components, enabling a maximum acceleration of 5G and a maximum positioning speed of 300m/min. The WPX12036T is designed for heavy-duty pipe and profile processing, featuring an extensive pipe diameter and high load-bearing capacity.
