MDF Series Imaging Integrated 3D Laser Marker

MDF Series Imaging Integrated 3D Laser Marker

The MDF Series Imaging Integrated 3D Laser Marking Machine combines vision positioning, real-time 3D scanning, and dynamic focusing to deliver fast, accurate marking on complex surfaces—without fixtures or manual alignment.

  • 1s 3D Scanning – Instant mapping and path generation
  • Vision Auto Positioning – X, Y, θ alignment correction
  • Dynamic Focus (±25 mm) – Consistent results on uneven surfaces
  • Fixture-Free Marking – No tooling required
  • True 3D Mapping – No distortion on curved parts
  • Simple 3-Step Operation – Capture, map, mark
Description

The Imaging Integrated 3D Laser Marker is designed to simplify complex marking tasks by combining vision positioning, real-time 3D scanning, and dynamic focusing into one seamless system. It enables fast, accurate, and distortion-free marking on curved, inclined, and irregular surfaces—without the need for fixtures or manual alignment.

  • Vision Auto Positioning – Automatic X, Y, θ compensation for precise alignment
  • Dynamic Focus Control – Maintains sharp, consistent marking across height variations (±25 mm)
Full-Range 3D Scanning & Auto Focusing

Full-Range 3D Scanning & Auto Focusing

  • Full-area 3D scanning within 200 × 200 mm
  • Z-axis auto focusing range: ±25 mm
  • Effective marking volume: 200 × 200 × 50 mm
  • Real-time focus adjustment for varying surface heights
  • ~1 second scanning for full surface data

Automatically adjusts focus across height variations to ensure consistent marking depth and clarity.

XY Axis Auto Positioning

Camera full range positioning XY position and angle automatic compensation

Customers do not need to design special positioning tooling. Even if there is some offset in the position and angle of the workpiece, the software can automatically compensate for the position deviation and  accurately locate the (X, Y, θ) coordinates of the marking content.

Z Axis Auto Focusing

Z Axis Auto Focusing

  • Z axis full range auto focusing
  • No defocus, no distortion
  • Focus (Z) compensation: ±25mm
  • Marking area: 200mm*200mm*50mm

For the workpiece position, posture error, and defocusing issues, 1s scanning can efficiently solve these problems to ensure consistent marking depth.

Full Automation 3D Model Matching

Faster modeling speed

It only takes about 1S to build a part point cloud data model for any complex special-shaped surface. Even if there is no 3D model of the workpiece, 3D scanning matching and marking can be easily achieved.

Higher debugging efficiency

Based on real-time scanning data, modeling can be completed in about 1S, which can save a lot of time during the first piece debugging and greatly improve production efficiency;

No deformation

Based on the actual 3D model, wrapping mapping (non-projection mapping) is performed to generate processing paths, effectively reducing possible distortion of the marking content. The software automatically corrects the graphics according to the surface morphology of the object.

One-click Capture and Quick Mapping

Click “One-click Capture” to intuitively display the image of the workpiece and the marking content; drag it to the desired marking position and click “Generate Path”, the software will immediately perform 3D modeling and quickly convert the marking image into a processing path (green).

High-quality Marking Effect

According to the height difference of different workpiece shapes, the three-axis laser precisely controls the focus to achieve the ideal marking effect.

Software Operation

No cumbersome operations of traditional 3D software. You only need to perform rotation, dragging, zooming and other operations on the 2D software interface to set the marking content. It only takes 3 steps to complete the laser marking.

Verification

The laser marking head integrates a built-in code reading camera.
Once triggered, it automatically reads the code, verifies it against server data or uploads it as required, and stores the code image for traceability and quality tracking.
