The fully automatic camera module laser cutting and sorting system is an exclusive device developed by Han’s Laser for the cutting, sorting, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) of camera modules.
Components
The fully automatic camera module laser cutting machine consists of a loading and unloading system, a visual positioning system, a cutting system, an automatic layout sorting system, and an AOI system.

The multiple identification positioning system includes a first identification module for identifying the position and angle of the product, a second identification module for identifying the position and angle of the storage tray, and a third identification module for identifying the position and angle of the reclaiming module. The multi-identification system performs multiple positioning and identification of the product being conveyed, the pick-up nozzle and the placement slot on the storage tray, which not only realizes the pre-angle adjustment of the product before placement, but also effectively avoids the need for the pick-up nozzle and the placement slot on the storage tray. The displacement deviation caused by the mechanical error during the reciprocating movement of the storage tray further improves the accuracy of the placement.
